LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO BOARD?

| River Song Farm and Stables has over 20 stalls for boarding horses, all of which have individual fans for the hot summer season. We feed, muck and provide daily turnout in one of our six turnout paddocks, all of which have hay rings and automatic waterers, and all horses are on pasture turnout at least twice a week during the summer. We have no wire or barbed wire fences anywhere on the property. We grow our own excellent alfalfa/grass hay so we are assured of its quality, and feed a highly nutritious pelleted grain. The barn has retained superior veterinarian and farrier services, and we do not have to wait for vet or farrier care should an emergency need arise. Additionally, all horses are on the barn’s required rotational worming program, which we personally administer every eight weeks. The barn has an indoor hot water wash stall and two outdoor wash stall areas. All horse stalls have the mats pulled and are power washed, sanitized, re-leveled and re-limed annually or more frequently if needed.
The owner lives on-site, so your horse is assured of personal care and attention 24-7. I treat my horses like my children, and my boarders’ horses the same way. If there is anything wrong or if anything should happen to your horse, I will know about it right away and so will you. I personally check each and every horse each night and again in the morning when I check my own. You will be one of those lucky people who can say “I know my horse is safe, and if I call at 3 am, I’ll get an answer about my horse from someone who truly cares!” Just ask any of River Song’s boarders.

Training your horse is no problem here at River Song Farm and Stables. In addition to our indoor arena and two outdoor arenas, we have a large round pen for training and groundwork.
